    Shipping in Lithuania is provided by Venipak courier or LP Express post terminals. Delivery time: 1-2 working days. Delivery price under 170€ is 3€ by terminals and 5€ by Venipak courier. Free shipping in Lithuania for all orders over 170€.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Damaged or lost packages:
    Contact us if the package arrives to you damaged, please snap a few photos of it and send us an email with the documentation. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package has been lost in transit, please contact us right away at

    As soon as we have received and accepted the return, all successfully returned items will be credited automatically to your credit card or original method of payment less any taxes or import duties incurred. The original shipping charges will not be refunded.

    We carefully select the highest quality natural yarns from which knitted products are warm, soft and itch-free. We mainly work with natural yarns which sometimes are prone to pilling. It is not a fault of a garment and can be easily resolved by using a wool comb. It is important that you take good care of your SALANIDA sweater so it takes good care back of you.


    We recommend to dry clean your woollen garments or carefully wash by hand in cold water.

    If washing by hand, soak for 5-10 minutes. Wash gently and rinse - don’t rub.

    Wash knits separately using a mild shampoo or wool-friendly detergent.

    Excess water should be squeezed out using a towel.

    Lay the garment on a flat surface, gently pulling into shape as it dries.

    Never wring and do not tumble dry - wool stretches easily.

    It is best to store knitted garments folded so they stay in shape.
