Please note that each ordered sweater we knit-to-order up to 7 business days. We only produce what is actually needed without piling leftover stock. If you wish to have your order sooner, please contact as at info@salanida.com!

STANDARD SHIPPING:

Lithuania:
We offer free standard shipping*. Once the sweater is knitted it will be sent to you by Venipak courier. Please leave your phone number for the courier. Delivery time: 1-2 business days of its ship date.
European Union:
We offer free standard shipping*. Once the sweater is knitted it will be sent to you by Lithuanian Post. All orders are registered with a tracking number. Delivery time: 1-2 weeks of its ship date. Shipping times may vary depending country to country.
Worldwide: 
We offer free standard shipping*. Once the sweater is knitted it will be shipped to you by Lithuanian Post and delivered to you by your local carrier. All orders are registered with a tracking number. Estimated delivery time: 2-4 weeks. 
* We offer free shipping up to 2kg, for bigger orders shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout. 

EXPRESS SHIPPING:
Please contact us at info@salanida.com if you wish to order express shipping by DHL and we will calculate the price for your order.  

PAYMENTS:
We offer Paypal as our payment processing service. PayPal allows secure payment from your bank account, credit card or PayPal account. 

PRICES:
All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include Lithuanian VAT of 21%. Please note that depending on your order and country, on receipt of your order you will be liable to pay local import charges (customs duty, sales tax).

RETURNS:
If you want to return something, just email us at info@salanida.com. Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We do not accept responsibility for items lost in shipping back to us so we recommend you keep a postage receipt with tracking number as proof that the package was sent. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to you at your expense. 

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES:
Contact us if the package arrives to you damaged, please snap a few photos of it and send us an email with the documentation. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package has been lost in transit, please contact us right away at info@salanida.com.

CUSTOM AND SALES TAXES:
Please note that depending on your order and country, on receipt of your order you will be liable to pay local import charges (customs duty, sales tax). Some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. The refusal of payment of such fees causes a full cancellation of the order. Transportation cost and custom clearance cost associated with a cancellation will be deducted the amount refunded to you.

EXCHANGES:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@salanida.com and send your item to: UAB Kopakopa, Gabriele Kerpyte, Jono Str. 4-2, Klaipeda 91247, Lithuania.

REFUNDS:
As soon as we have received and accepted the return, all successfully returned items will be credited automatically to your credit card or original method of payment less any taxes or import duties incurred. The original shipping charges will not be refunded.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:
Please note that it can take some time for the refund to appear in your account. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again or contact your credit card company. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
