Siekdami išlaikyti tvarumą kūryboje, mes pasirinkome medvilnę su šiek tiek perdirbto poliesterio - šie siūlai turi unikalią struktūrą, panašią į virvę, o poliesteris suteikia elastingumą ir ilgaamžiškumą.

Jei norite sukurti kasdienį įvaizdį džemperį derinkite su dviratininko tipo šortais ar tampraus mezgimo kelnėmis (tympomis), o jei norite pasipuošti džemperis tobulai tiks su klasikinio silueto megztomis kelnėmis.

All orders are shipping from Klaipeda, Lithuania (EU) within 1-2 working days of purchase, except if specified otherwise in item description. Free shipping for all orders over 200€.
Worldwide Standard Shipping is provided by FedEx, delivery time: 2-7* working days. Standard Shipping price: EU countries - 12€; the rest of the world - 17€.
Worldwide Express Shipping is provided by FedEx, delivery time: 1-3* working days. Express Shipping price: EU countries - 25€; the rest of the world - 30€.
*Delivery times are targets only - it may take longer depending country to country.  Once your order is shipped, we will send you tracking number.

Shipping in Lithuania is provided by Venipak courier or Omniva / LP Express post terminals. Delivery time: 1-2 working days. Delivery price under 50€ is 3€ by terminals and 5€ by Venipak courier. Free shipping in Lithuania for all orders over 50€. 

Knit-to-order:
Some items are made upon order in our studio in Lithuania. Usually it takes 2-5 working days to knit your order, see item description for more details. It might take a little longer during high season. We work our hardest to get your order as quickly as possible.
Returns:
If you want to return something, just email us at info@salanida.com. Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping Returns:
We do not offer a free returns service, all return shipping costs are at the customer's expenseWe do not accept responsibility for items lost in shipping back to us so we recommend you keep a postage receipt with tracking number as proof that the package was sent. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to you at your expense.

Damaged or lost packages:
Contact us if the package arrives to you damaged, please snap a few photos of it and send us an email with the documentation. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package has been lost in transit, please contact us right away at info@salanida.com.
Prices:
All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include Lithuanian VAT of 21%. Please note that depending on your order and country, on receipt of your order you will be liable to pay local import charges (customs duty, sales tax).
Custom and sales taxes:
Please note that depending on your order and country, on receipt of your order you will be liable to pay local import charges (customs duty, sales tax). Some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. The refusal of payment of such fees causes a full cancellation of the order. Transportation cost and custom clearance cost associated with a cancellation will be deducted the amount refunded to you.
Exchanges:

Refunds:
As soon as we have received and accepted the return, all successfully returned items will be credited automatically to your credit card or original method of payment less any taxes or import duties incurred. The original shipping charges will not be refunded.
